Refund and Returns Policy – Dreadlock Extensions – Love Them Guarantee


Since Dreadlock Extensions are considered a hygienic product, our policy does not allow returns but we do offer our “Love Them” Guarantee.

If for any reason, you don’t love the color or length of your dreadlock extensions…

  • Notify us within 15 days of receiving your dreadlocks
  • To complete any returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • After contacting us, you’ll send back the dreadlocks you’d like to exchange, we’ll send a replacement color of your choice, for free
  • Only allowed to exchange once per order
  • Can only exchange for in stock items
  • Return shipping and packaging will be the customers responsibility and will not be refunded
  • You may exchange for a different length (and a different color if you choose)

  • If you bought long dreads and want to exchange for short dreads, then we will credit you the difference via store credit.
  • If you bought shorts and are exchanging for longs, then we will send you an invoice to pay for the difference in price. 

Accessories

Dreadlock accessories, like dread rings, have a 15 day exchange or refund policy. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
